Sharyn E. Cox

Sharyn Eileen Cox, 73, of Hazelette Street, Everett; passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at home. She was born on October 13, 1950 in Key West, FL; a daughter of the late Kenneth Golden Cox and Marie Louise (Decat) Inman.  She was preceded in death by her significant other of 24 years Troy Todd on February 6, 2024.

She is survived by daughters Michelle Yvonne Grove, Dianne Marie Lauzon married to Mark, and Suzanne Victoria Davis; step children Joyce Todd-Reed, Jeanette Todd and John Todd; siblings James Inman married to Tracy and Howard Inman married to Barbara; grandchildren Nicole Laird, Mikayla Laird, Sean Lauzon, Blake Lauzon, Zachery Davis, Autumn Davis, Brianna Davis, Minmay Duplanty, Taylor Allmon and Sterling Allmon; step grandchildren Jessica Poston, Jacob Todd, Angel Haynes, Bishop Haynes, Austin Horres and Shawn Horres, and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister Georgette Clark and grandson, Rusty Davis.

Ms. Cox had degrees in Early Childhood Development and Graphic Design/Programming.

Sharyn enjoyed shopping, traveling and was a collector.

She was involved in Tri-County ATV and, alongside her significant other, they operated Todd Auctioneering and Witsends Shops.

A Private Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with a open Memorial service at a later date.

If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sharyn to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1702 E. Highland Ave., Suite 400 Phoenix, AZ 85016.
