Ronald "Pork" James McQuait

Ronald J. “Pork” McQuait, 59, of Wallace Road, Hopewell, PA; passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022 unexpectedly.  He was born on September 9, 1962 in Fulton County; a son of the late Ronald and Sandy (Swope) McQuait.

He is survived by two children Brittany McQuait, Roaring Spring and Garrett McQuait, Hopewell; grandchildren Gunner, Brooklyn, Aubrey and Jensen; siblings Gary McQuait, Tammy Hockenberry, Tina Shauf, John Kuklo and Angel Kuklo.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter McKenna and special friend Duward Bambling.

Pork worked for Local Carpenters Union No. 2274 for a number of years.

He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, gardening, mowing his lawn and helping others.

Mr. McQuait was affiliated with Riddlesburg Bible Church.

Friends and Family will be received for a time of visitation on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 12:00 Noon – 2:00 P.M. at the Akers Funeral Chapel, Saxton, PA.

Burial will be held privately.
