Regina E. (Boden) Ward

Regina E. Ward, 81, of Clearville, PA; passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was born in Hancock, MD, on May 7, 1939; a daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Robinson) Boden.  On November 21, 1959 in Clear Spring, MD; she was united in marriage to Ivan R. Ward. He preceded her in death on August 26, 1999. 

She is survived by her daughter Jeanette L. Vance married to Terry of Clearville, PA; grandchildren Cory Vance and special friend Lyneice Martin; Shane Vance married to Jasmine; and great grandchildren Matthew, Ashlyn, Alisha, Emma and Dawn; sister Ruth Spangler of Ohio; and sister-in-law JoAnn Boden. 

She was preceded in death by siblings Leona Austermiller, Mildred Snow, Grace Rebaric, Merle Boden, Paul Boden, Bruce Boden, Van Boden, Ralph Boden, Robert Boden, as well as an infant sister. 

She was a graduate of Everett High School Class of 1956.  

Regina enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loved gardening and being outdoors. Throughout the years she was employed at Lions Manufacturing, London Fog, and Cannondale until her retirement.  

Private graveside services will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Artemas. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in memory of Regina to the Fairview Cemetery Association of Bedford County, 2035 Clear Ridge Road, Artemas, PA 17211.
