Nancy L. Brallier

Nancy L. Brallier, 82, of Tatesville Road, Everett; passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at home.  She was born on June 19, 1939 in Everett, PA; a daughter of the late John and Grace (Helsel) Potts.  On April 12, 1957 in Winchester, Virginia she was united in marriage to Jay Howard Brallier; he preceded her in death on April 16, 2019. 

She is survived by Gina married to Rick Jay, Everett, PA, Gineen Brallier, Everett, PA, Gregory Brallier husband of Patt Wattanasupt, Chantilly, VA, Brandi Haas married to Dr. Christopher Haas, Cumberland, MD; grandchildren Mindy married to Robert Gates, Timothy Bowser married to Amee, Erin Clark, Lindsey married to James Yorke, Samantha Weitzel, Jesse Young, Brooke Zimmerman married to Cory, Bridget Guyer and Kaleb Snider married to Alison; thirteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; sister Judy Stailey and a very special caregiver Candace (Crawford) Smyers.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by daughter Ginger; siblings Linda Mills and John Potts Jr.

Nancy was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1957.  She spent her working years working in the home and helping to raise her children and numerous foster children.  She was a member of the Bedford American Legion Post No. 113 Ladies Auxiliary.  She enjoyed her flowers, traveling and going on cruises but especially loved being a dedicated grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 2:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. and on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Kaleb Snider officiating.

Burial will be held at Bethel Cemetery.
