Vicki, Temple, Lynn and Lisa, and families, we are so very sorry for the loss of your dad. We have a long history, and your family was always a welcome and nice part of the "neighborhood". We all grew up knowing, and having the same neighbors forever. I'm so glad that it was like that. Kids today don't know what that is like, and what they are missing out on. I will never forget the time that Bill, my sister Donna's husband's, was teaching me to drive his motorcycle, and he told me to give it gas and I did, but didn't show me where the brakes were!!! I headed across the driveway, like a bat out of h---, and thur the shrubs headed for the side of Lydia and Johns house and I saw Lydia look out her bedroom window and she seen me coming. I didn't know what to do, so I turned the wheel to the right and cornered the house and wiped out in Lydias tulip bed! I was just glad to still be alive! I looked across the road and your mom and dad was sitting on the front porch just rolling and laughing! Please know you all are in our thoughts and prayers at this very sad time. Our hearts are broken also.
