Junior Willard Donaldson

Junior Willard Donaldson, 87, died unexpectedly May 10,2022 at Nason Hospital. He was born February 18, 1935 in Hopewell, Pa Broad Top Township. He was the son of the late Cloyd & Pearl (Leonard) Donaldson.

Junior enlisted into the Air Force on May 27, 1952. He served for 4 years with an honorable discharge from Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, Maine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five sisters: Lydia, Sophia Grace, Loretta, Elsie, and Vera and three brothers: Henry, Lewis, and Clarence.

Surviving are a daughter Sharon and a son Brian both of Connecticut, one granddaughter, one grandson, and three great grandchildren.

In Junior's earlier years he loved hunting, fishing, traveling, coin collecting, and metal detecting. In his later years he enjoyed socializing at the Hopewell

Senior Center, putting puzzles together, playing cribbage, playing cards, and telling hunting and fishing stories. Those that knew Junior will miss him very much.

A private memorial service will be held. If friends so desire, memorial contributions can be made to the Hopewell Senior Center, 305 Mifflin St, Hopewell, PA 16650.
