James M. Brindle, 73 of Broad Top City; passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center. He was born on July 4, 1948 in Aitch, PA; a son of Dorothy I (Rodgers) Brindle of Saxton and the late Ralph E. Brindle. On January 29, 1976 he was united in marriage to the former Claudia (Neville) Brindle.
Along with his wife of forty-five years he is survived by brother Ralph John Brindle, James Creek, PA; sisters Connie Hoey, Saxton, PA; Bonnie Snare married to Gary, Huntingdon, PA and Pat Brindle, Huntingdon, PA. He had several special nieces and nephews that he loved a lot.
He was a member of the Robertsdale Reality Church of God. He had many hobbies which included playing poker and going to horse races. He was an avid Pittsburgh Pirate and Steelers Fan.
Family and Friends will be received on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Akers Funeral Chapel, 715 Church Street, Saxton, PA 16678 from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the chapel.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Akers Funeral Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Jeff Musser officiating.
Burial will be held Broad Top I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Broad Top City.
