Gwenda S. Sabo

Gwenda S. Sabo, 61, of Manns Choice, PA; passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy battle with cancer.  She was born on October 16, 1958 in Bedford, PA; a daughter of Verna (Ritchey) Leader of Bedford, PA.

She is survived by her four children Jeanette Conrath of Mann Choice, PA, Angela Fletcher married to Calvin of Michigan, Bobbie Jo Sabo of New Paris, PA and Matthew Sabo married to Keyla (Schultz) of Manns Choice, PA; twelve grandchildren Josh Fetters married to Ashley, Doug Conrath, Jazmine Fetters, Bekah Fletcher, Bella Fletcher, Dylan Fletcher, C.J. Fletcher, Carter Sabo, Ella Sabo, Trevor Layton, Alexander Ferguson and Devon Layton; three great grandchildren Zoey Fetters, Bayleigh Conrath and Tucker Conrath; siblings Steve Ritchey, Gary Ritchey, George Ritchey married to Lisa,  Deb Barclay, Kathy Schrift married to Gary and Donna Leader; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gwen was a manager at the Denny’s Restaurant in Bedford for eleven years.

She enjoyed sewing, swimming, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

A celebration of life service will be held at Acts Community Church on Monday, June 8, 2020 with Pastor John Bennett officiating. Friends and family will be received from 1 P.M. until the hour of service at 3 P.M.
