Robert Wright Jr.

Robert "Bobby" Wright, Jr. 45, of Manns Choice passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018 at his home.  He was born on August 30, 1972 in McConnellsburg; a son of Robert F. and Jennie (Snyder) Wright of Bedford.

He is survived by his parents, his son Robert W. Wright of Bedford; fiancé and best friend Catie Mock, Manns Choice; sisters Sally (Diehl) married to George Wolfe, Everett, Sandra Shaw, Bedford and Sherry Wright and fiancé Tim Adams, Elkton, MD; also one nephew Travis Wolfe married to Jill (Wiesen), Simpsonville, SC and two nieces Jannelle Mohney, Elkton, MD and Maria Shaw, Bedford; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bobby was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Stanley E. and Myrtle (Foor) Wright and maternal grandparents Guy E. and Agnes (Cartwright) Snyder.

He was a 1990 graduate of Everett Area High School and a graduate of Hiram G. Andrews technical school, receiving a degree in Warehouse Management.  Throughout his life he worked at various jobs, including at Seton, Blue Triangle and the Bedford Springs.

He enjoyed watching Nascar, fishing, gardening and especially playing dominos with his son Robert, with whom he shared a close and loving bond.

Bobby had fought a long battle with diabetes.  He was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and fiancé and will be missed by all of his family.

A Memorial Service will be held for the family at Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA. with Pastor Bruce Maxwell officiating.
