Richard Lee DuVall, 85, of Crystal Spring, PA; passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019 at his residence. He was born on June 02, 1934 in Akersville, Fulton County, Pennsylvania; a son of the late Ernest H. and M. Faye (Foor) DuVall. On September 24, 1952 in Winchester, Virginia; he was united in marriage to his wife of sixty-seven years Geneva (Garland) DuVall.
Along with his wife he is survived by children Lucinda (Thomas) Barkman, Everett; Susan (Michael) Conner, Everett; Donna (Robert) Wright, California, PA; Richard DuVall II, Crystal Spring, PA and Rebecca (Terry) Cook, Hancock, MD; grandchildren Jessica (Patrick) Paradzinski; Samantha Conner; Nigel (April) Wright; Nathan (Sarah) Wright; Daniel (Lynda) DuVall; Ashton (Adam) Taylor; Laura DuVall; Terra Cook and Aaron Cook; great grandchildren Amelia Wright, Aiden Conner, Addison Taylor, Isabelle Taylor and Aleksander Paradzinski; numerous step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild; siblings Robert (Doris) DuVall, Crystal Spring; Roderick (Carolyn) DuVall, Crystal Spring, PA; Half-sister Virginia Ann Gregory, Needmore, PA.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Betty Louise.
Richard graduated from Southern Fulton High School Class of 1953, Warfordsburg, PA. He attended Breezewood Full Gospel Lighthouse, now Assembly of God and was one of the founding members and former board member and deacon.
Richard was a dairy farmer, truck driver, logger and an avid hunter. He loved attending all sporting events for his children and grandchildren.
Friends and Family may call at the Breezewood Lighthouse Assembly of God Church on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 5-8 P.M. and on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M.until the hour of service at the church.
Funeral Service will be held at the Breezewood Assembly of God Church on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Jonathan Wyns and Pastor Tracey Wyns officiating.
Burial will be held privately at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Needmore.
