Dorothy R. Imgrund

Dorothy “Dot” N. Imgrund, 83, of Manns Choice, PA; passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.  She was born on November 14, 1935 a daughter of the late Ellis “Jeff” W. Nave and Mary R. (Hinson).   On July 21, 1956 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Ernest L. Imgrund.  Along with her husband of sixty-two years she is survived by children Gregory E. Imgrund married to Victoria (Young); Barbara L. married to Timothy Robson; JoAnn Imgrund-Ferguson married to Rodney; Robert J. Imgrund married to Lori (Weist); grandchildren Ashley Arnold, Jennifer Akers, Lindsay Kramzer, Kendall Ferguson, Zachary Robson, Alicia Imgrund, Michael Imgrund, Robert Imgrund, Jr., Ali Robson; great grandchildren Lily Arnold, G. Carter Akers, Caylin Akers, Mason Mentzer, Haidyn Imgrund, Arden Kramzer, Zaydee Robson and Ellis Kramzer; siblings Shirley Adams married to late   S. Paul Adams, Sr., Kathryn married to Samuel Foreman and James Nave married to Judy.  

She was preceded in death by an infant brother John A. Nave.  

Dot was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Bedford, where she was formerly active in the ladies guild.  She was a graduate of Bedford High School Class of 1953.  

Friends and family may call at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM.  

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Richard Tomkosky officiating.

Burial will be held at St. Thomas Cemetery.
