David William Grace

David William Grace, 68, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.  He had been a patient at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.  He was born on May 12, 1950 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania; the son of the late Clinton Grace and Grace (Wright) Grace.

David was a United States Air Force Veteran and attended college after his service.  He had been employed as a concert lighting specialist.  David’s home was in San Antonio, Texas but traveled extensively due to his work.

After he retired he moved to Sherman’s Valley.

He is survived by a daughter Christina Slonaker; grandchildren Ashely and Aimee Slonaker and three great-grandchildren. 

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Barron “Barry” Grace and granddaughter Alexis Slonaker.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday 23th at 11:00 am at Evans Cemetery, Six Mile Run with Pastor Marion Foor officiating.
